What has been the best learning experience?
Getting on a plane to Banff with a one way ticket almost three years ago now. Being literally thousands of miles away from everyone I knew and having to learn who I was without them. Also living on my own and having to make time for boring adult things as well as finding time for my passions .Read more
I was always in such a rooted, permanent state of anxiety that eventually when the stress bottled up to be too much my fight or flight would kick in full force. I didn’t have bad days. I had explosive ones. I was scared to be happy and comfortable.Read more
